"You will learn to enjoy the process...
and to surrender your need to control the result.
You will discover the joy of practicing your creativity.
The process, not the product, will become your focus."
Training will definitely be easier than training for a 3K, but we've got to stretch our fingers and minds and get into the mood to create stuff. Warm-up exercises are a tradition as the weeks lead up to the official challenge start date. You want to be ready to tackle that stack of cards.
The first three of our ten warm-ups.
So what I'm trying to say is that this is your diving board, your launch pad, the GO square in Monopoly, the first pitch, the kick-off, the face-off, the on-switch, the green light, the turbo-boost, the spark, the rocket fuel, the whatever-you-want-to-call it.
You can work on any substrate and in any medium for the warm-ups - some involve an activity and others some sort of creative work. Have fun with them and remember that they are meant to get those creative gears spinning!
