Vitamin d with bonus markers

The other day I felt super tired and blah. I wanted to nap but also wanted needed to make progress on my watercolor workshop for 21 Secrets. So I decided to get some vitamin D. It was about 50 degrees and crisp and clear. I felt so much better after 40 minutes in the spring sun. I rarely remember little tricks like getting some sun. {For info about the workshop, go here}.
