The Italy Travel Journal

I'm so proud of myself! I filled in the journal every day of the trip. Sixteen days! At one point I got 2 days behind but fixed that quickly. Just having one small page (although I was writing small) made it easier to manage. Here's the post about the journal, with photos of the blank pages. There are some blank pages left, so I think I'll use washi tape to add some of the little bits I collected on our travels. Ferry tickets, autostrada receipts, etc.

Photographs from our trip to Italy.

Ihope you had a great time Tammy. Venice and environs is definitely on my bucket list and I hope to get there soon. Loved seeing your journal and all the great pics. What did you shoot with?

Tina, The shots in the first post {http://daisyyellow.squarespace.com/vividlife/lots-of-little-pictures.html} are with my new phone, a Motorola Razr M which I got for the trip because it would work in Italy. The phone has an "HDR" camera which is really quite incredible!

I am so impressed by your dedication! What a beautiful treasure full of wonderful memories! xx

Travel journaling is so much fun, seeing these makes me want to go traveling and writing this instant. Oh how awesome a 16-day trip to Italy would be... *dreaming*

This will be fantastic to look at in a few years. To instantly be taken back via your words to what was happening on each day. Love the journal as well.
