Your post, A Tribe of Quirky Creatives, has been on my mind the last couple of days. Partly because talking about tribes has also been going on in my homeschool circle. But more so because I think it needs to be done in my life, and I have been looking for those who share my same interests. I love coming here and using you for a part of my inspiration and learning and playing. Thank you!!!
✭✭✭ {Tammy}: The idea of knowing that I am one of many quirky creatives has really changed my outlook. I am so happy you are finding this an inspirational spot.
I find your posts always interesting and inspiring. And on this rainy, cool day it makes a nice spot to rest for awhile.
✭✭✭ {Tammy}: Judy, Thank you for stopping to chat, I'm glad you find the place comfy.
I can only imagine what difference a reliable slough of comments could make! It's quite difficult to gauge how many actual readers one has, especially if we're going by comments and/or followers! I have 7 "followers" but no indication on whether or not that actually means anything! lol. It makes you think: "is there something wrong?"
But I've "followed" bloggers who have quite a loyal and large following yet they have, at most, 3-4 comments on their blog posts. Blogging is a strange thing. Some days it's like a secret social life, other days it's like talking to yourself in public.
✭✭✭ {Tammy}: Melissa, I see the number of followers has been steadily growing for 3 years, but comments are typically few. Reading all of the comments this week has overwhelmed me in such a lovely way, really and truly.
I love your blog. It is the spark of my day. thank you
✭✭✭ {Tammy}: Sally, Yay! Sparks and sparkles to you today!
"Blogging is a strange thing. Some days it's like a secret social life, other days it's like talking to yourself in public." Melissa's comment sums it all up for me very well indeed.
✭✭✭ {Tammy}: It's certainly better than talking to myself in the supermarket - where they give you funny looks.
Thank you guys so, so much for your kind words. I think it would be fun to have an entire blog of stamped posts. That would take a lot of patience! ~ Tammy
I love this too! Maybe because I was staring at the alphabet letters on my fridge today thinking I should write a note & photo it for my readers. :)
✭✭✭ {Tammy}: Elizabeth, Alphabet magnet messages, how cool! And an alphabet magnet font... hmmm. Thank you for saying hello!
