Resolved
Tue, January 6, 2009 at 01:46AM In 2009 I resolve to focus on art and creative goals, positive and happy goals. I don't want to stare month after month at a list that taunts me with "put dishes in dishwasher every night" or "organize 1998-2008 tax files." I want a list that makes me smile!
For 2008, I designed a fun art journal page entitled "RE-SOLVED" around my good resolutions. With goals like "read 20 books" and "make palettes for pitt pens, golden fluid acrylics and neocolors" and "brain-storming meetings." This vivid collage is on my inspiration board!

How will you bring art into your life this year? How will you bring your 2009 goals, your resolutions, your word to life? How will you motivate yourself and keep a reminder of your goals? I'm working on my good resolutions and word-of-the-year and will design something fun around them... if you want to share your ideas, post a link in the comments!

Thanks for linking! Love your page! I've been blogging for a few hours now, trying to compile lists of things I've made during last year. Wish I could art journal for a few hours too, but I need to go sleeping now. :-)
Happy new art journal year!
