Rapidograph & India Ink (Part 4)
Sat, September 12, 2009 at 05:00AM "The aim of art is to represent
not the outward appearance of things,
but their inward significance."
~ Aristotle

8.5x11" black cardstock, white Dr. Martin's Bombay White india ink, rapidograph (various nibs).
The final mandala in white ink for awhile; more colors to try! This mandala was so much fun to draw, the white ink & technical pen surprise and challenge at the same time. As I change nibs, I try different things and see what I can do on black paper. It is amazing how close and thin the lines can be.
What is the most FUN art or creative stuff you've done lately?

I love this! Reminds me of Mandelbrot set images and also of the white jellyfish we often glimpse in the dark, dark waters by the old docks.
