Podcast with Ricë #4 + More Postcard Love
Thu, December 6, 2012 at 10:51PM “In most cases, the best strategy for a job interview is to be fairly honest, because the worst thing that can happen is that you won't get the job and will spend the rest of your life foraging for food in the wilderness and seeking shelter underneath a tree or the awning of a bowling alley that has gone out of business.”
Lemony Snicket

More stitched postcards for Hanna's 2012 Autumn Postcard Swap. I made some extras and I'm sending those as a little gift to the folks that mailed me postcards.
There's a fresh, laughter-filled podcast with Ricë of Notes from the Voodoo Cafe. In the podcast, I share a few ideas for expanding your creativity, a writing prompt, etc. Please pop back and let me know how you like the prompts and the podcast. I talk so darned FAST on these podcasts!

What a wonderful podcast Tammy - I absolutely agreed with what you had to say about priorities. If you REALLY want to do something, you'll find the time. Another consideration, if you aren't doing what you think you'd love to do, maybe it's just the idea of it rather than the doing. If I can find some time, albeit not much, with a full-time job and 12 hours a week of commuting . . . well . . . everything I do is a choice and right now I choose this wonderful job of mine where I manage to squeeze in a few creative projects with kids.
Now, where did I put that pen I was just using while I listened to you?
Love your creative journalling and all the doodle sewing. So lively and colorful!
