Painting: Escape #2

The latest shots of one of the 36x36" canvases I'm working on. I'm calling it ESCAPE just to be able to keep track of what is what. It's up on the mantle just to see how it looks on a wall. I just realized that some of the photos are upside down, but who knows what will actualy be up when this is finished? It's work in process for Flora Bowley's e-workshop Bloom True. If you are following with your scorecard, this is the canvas that had the squares once (that's history now). Here's the layer under this one. It's a long, evolving process. You build up in layers. You see what takes form as you work and go with what you like.

:) When I saw the second photo down on Flickr I thought I saw eyes, then I saw the whole canvas. I love the colours in these canvases.
