I'm not Mr. Lebowski. You're Mr. Lebowski.
I'm the Dude. So that's what you call me.
That or His Dudeness... Duder... or El Duderino,
if, you know, you're not into the whole brevity thing..."

Amidst the buzz about change & resolutions, please don't forget about your happiness. When you find something that brings you joy, make more room in your life for it. And scale back on what makes life very un-fun.
Some posts I've enjoyed recently:

- Hanna of Create & Live Happy is planning to Be Creative Next Year Too
- Please go check out Ali Edwards' infamous One Little Word project. My word for 2009 was "progress" and I am still mulling over a word for 2010. If you are trying to decide on a word, have patience, it will come to you and you wiil know when you have the right word.

Working my way through these wonderful links. Thanks!
I started with Dumb Little Man and his advice was to get my butteski away from the internet for awhile. Taking that advice. Be back later...
Adrienne

I just love your site! I wanted to make sure and leave a comment since I normally don't. Thanks so much for all of the inspiration! I'm fully enjoying participating in the January Creative Experiments Challenge and reading your blog.
Thanks so much for the mention, Tammy. I'm glad it was something you could relate to, and I hope it is helpful for people who hesitate to explore their creativity just because they're not in an artistic field or profession. Science and math nerds, get out your crayons ;)
Enjoyed visiting the sites you linked to ... imagine my surprise to see a link to my own site among them (thank you, you are very kind).
I really appreciate the information you share here in your blog. I always leave your blog inspired and thinking.
*Adrienne, I just discovered Dumb Little Man and it's a thoughtful resource. Now get back to creating art.
*Marianna, Glad you find the links useful! It means a great deal that you find the site inspiring. Thank you.
*Sara, I'm thrilled that you left a comment and knowing that you had been reading the blog all along. I'll be posting a mid-month challenge status this week, so stay posted. I learn about the folks that stop by via comments. Nice to meet you!!!
*Sophie, Let's continue to spread the idea that creativity is for everyone!
*Jeannine, I hope the artsy folks that read Daisy Yellow click over and find your gorgeous artwork! If you leave DY inspired and thinking, I've met my goal. That was so nice of you to say.
