Elusive Orange

An art journal page on 9x12" drawing paper with a base of glaring orange Golden fluid acrylics, stamped with metal goodies from the hardware store, bolts, connectors, etc.

a metal nut with turqoise fluid acrylics, the [000 stamp] with gold, a sprinkler connector for magenta.

the [linear zeroes] stamp in red stamping ink
[crazy zeroes] stamp with magenta and pearlescent white fluid acrylics

The journaling reads...

"Motivation is elusive and tricky,
a mysterious concoction of elements,
a potion of invisible energy."
~ Tammy Garcia

P.S. Super psyched to be #13 on Technorati's List of Arts blogs!

Way to go on the ranking!!! Well deserved.
Enjoy your Hardware stamps. So much possibility out there isn't there?!
Orange is always hard to use in sewing quilts . . . needs the just right placement usually.
