EDM #22: Draw a piece of clothing

I haven't forgotten about the EDM Challenge, because it is important to me that I learn to draw better. And I know that I have to DRAW in order to DRAW BETTER. It's common sense. It's something I know from drawing abstract stuff.  But yet I dilly dally in finding a subject to draw, and actually drawing. I'm finding that the more time between drawings, the worse the drawings! That whole concept of practice and keeping things fresh is abundantely clear. 

I'm working through Danny Gregory's Everyday Matters {EDM} drawing list. The idea is explained here, and all of the drawings are tagged EDM Challenge.

What challenges are you doing? Have you ever committed to a challenge {to yourself, on your blog, in public, whatever the case} but then dropped out? How did you feel? Did you get any negative reaction for quitting or dropping out of a challenge? Or maybe you started a challenge with TONS of energy and then fizzled out, then started again? Do tell.

I think your drawings look pretty dang good!

I'm working my way through 365 journal entries. When I feel tired or overwhelmed and I just don't want to do it, I think of your posts that challenge us to just start, to just do one thing.
I haven't seen, realized, taken notice though to what is happening(from your post Do Tell). I am curious to see what presents itself.

Love both of these approaches to the challenge -- and the difference in line each catches. I did 23. Have to admit I have a deep-rooted resistance to drawing feet exercises. Think I'm going to move on to 25.

I have never had a reaction for not committing, but I have felt really bad. I love your pen lines. I am also going to commit to drawing my freaking bed today.
