EDM #14: Draw what you see in the morning when you get up

 

5x8" moleskine, slicci pen, watercolors, kuretake water brush

Drawn leaning at an angle on my left arm, seeing Kimba from closer to her level, putting the stuff in the adjacent room at a wacky angle, which combined with my wonky perspective skills... It was fun to draw Kimba and the texture in the white quilt. The terra cotta sun is from mexico, one of MANY around the house.

You're on #14 now? Gaaah, you amazing woman, how do you do it? I printed the list but that's how far I've come with the challenge... Love the structure of the quilt, and the colors seeping in... :-)
