Daisy Journal: The Mailbox

"For some of us, books are as important as almost anything else on earth. What a miracle it is that out of these small, flat, rigid squares of paper unfolds world after world after world, worlds that sing to you, comfort and quiet or excite you. Books help us understand who we are and how we are to behave. They show us what community and friendship mean; they show us how to live and die."
— Anne Lamott

stitched art journal, so cute at just 4x6"

Finished this new daisy journal just before the hectic month of arteverydaymonthnationalnonstopjournalingmonth began (aka November); finally in the posting queue.

Just discovered this powerful little video at Marvelous Kiddo! It will brighten your day and make you want to dance on your bathroom sink!

I really like the colours in this one. The more I see your stitched journal, the more I am tempted to try my sewing machine on paper...

bonnierose, I'm always thrilled to find a quote that speaks volumes... no pun intended.

Sophie, I double dare you. But be careful; it's addictive.
