    Buildings #1

    "Count your nights by stars, not shadows;
    count your life with smiles, not tears."

     Tammy's buildings

    My daughter's (age 10) buildings

    We've been drawing buildings. Page after page of buildings. The drawings are on 6x8" Strathmore drawing paper, drawn in pitt pen. The colorized doodles were merged with abstract acrylic paintings in photoshop.

    Really like this series, and love the backgrounds you've chosen for them. Your daughter's is lovely!

    Love the cityscapes - they look like wonderful places to wander and wonder.

    If cities actually looked like those, I think people would be much happier on a daily basis! Great drawings.

    Really cool houses. Love the simple yet very effective touch with the coloring. It makes them pop out...
    THank you for the inspiration. :)

    Hope you'll have a great day
    best wishes

    *Monica, It is magical to see the two pieces of very different art come together.

    *John, Your words are lyrical, thank you.

    *Sophie, Yes, I agree. I'd like to live in these little towns.

    * Ami, Thank you for your words, I do like the touch of color.

    * Amy, Nice to hear from you!
