    [PAGE DOWN to ADD YOUR LINK to THE LINKY LOVE]

    We're building a rainbow, want to help?

    {the details of the challenge are here in this post}

    Suggestions: an art journal page, a sketch, a doodle, a painting, a mixed media work, embroidery, crochet in one main color.

    Here's where you go to add a link to your art for each color - there are linky lovies on each page.

    DECEMBER 1: RED or PINK

    DECEMBER 2: ORANGE or YELLOW

    DECEMBER 3: GREEN or AQUA

    DECEMBER 4: BLUE or PURPLE

    DECEMBER 5: BLACK or WHITE

    Pink!

    this is the pink doodle i drew in my new 5x8" moleskine this morning, in pitt pen and gelly rolls

    {link to pink introduced by Hanna!} Hanna is our color hostess for the color pink, welcoming you with open arms to her very favorite color. Pink is brilliant in any form - from the palest pink rose to the most vivid magenta embroidery floss.

    Red!

    this is the red doodle i drew in my 5x8" moleskine, in pitt pen, pigma microns + gelly rolls

    {link to red introduced by Nathalie} Nathalie loves to create art of the color red, in all of its beauty and intensity.

    Please post your link(s) to your artwork in red and your artwork in pink, as we begin creating our rainbow in the beginning of December. {please link to the exact post, not the blog home page}

    I was very inspired by red so mine is posted already. What a great way to start December! Off to contemplate the rest of the rainbow.

    {Tammy}: Carlene - I love the way you put your thoughts about the rainbow, indeed let's all contemplate the rainbow!

    red is one of my fav colors

    {Tammy}: My favorite red is a deep red, like deep velvet red. Yummy.

    I'm so happy I found this on the last day before it started. My contributions are small but I will put them all together at the end. Have a rainbow of a day!

    {Tammy}: Kathleen, Glad you found Daisy Yellow too! I'm looking forward to seeing your rainbow of creativity. {When you post, please add a link to your creations, I deleted the general link}.

    I like your take on the playing card symbols! Very cool. Thanks for hosting this, it's a great little boost for me since I stepped out of the loop for a bit.

    I am going away for the weekend and thought it would be a problem. I realized that the deadline is 12/7 so I can create and post when I get back. Whew! I love seeing everyone's take on the colors. Have a great weekend!

    Such a fun challenge. Just too bad time is limited, but I sure hope and try to do all colors in time.
