    Ancient Text Background

my daughter's 9x12" painting on watercolor paper with black neocolor II wax crayon

my 9x12" painting on watercolor paper with 5 different neocolor IIs

My daughter (9) invented this technique with neocolors and water. She typed the instructions on the computer and here they are!

i wrote a bunch of nonsensical stuff...

This is a fun technique for creating an abstract page which can be used as an art journal background or cut up and used as part of a collage or paper weaving.

    How fun is that?

LOVE this! The instructions are so fun and I love how the ancient text looks. I will definitely be trying this!
