Daily Paper Prompt #5: Linear

Draw something with mostly straight lines, as if you were using an etch-a-sketch toy. This is my 12 yr old daughter's etchy creation.

Ideas...

A mandala with a square theme.

Linear doodles.

A maze.

A grid-inspired art journal page.

I really like the work your girl did, awesome.

I may have to try again, all my stuff for these 2 days is looking bleak, like my attitude!!

Wow! The etch-a-sketch is fantastic!

Not too sure about my response to the prompt - maybe I'll like it better tomorrow. At least I enjoyed it.

Little Daisy Yellow's linear Etch-a-Sketch creation is a masterpiece. I could never compete with it, so instead for this daily paper prompt, I made a little three section paper collage of ladies' legs.

So Linear!

Two Pocket Etch-a-Sketches are now on my Christmas wish list. One is for me and one is for my son. He'll love it!
